"Start now, you'll get better over time."
Now that's not just a fancy quote, but a mantra which Ifeoluwa Adesanya lives by.
This quote and the fact that he believes that the youth should be taking the centre stage in nation building, are core reasons why he decided to start Felifort Enterprises in Nigeria. Being the action taker that he is, Ifeoluwa rolled up his sleeves and started this entity to provide solutions through business development, skills acquisition training, agriculture and road transport services.
Backed by a team of vibrant youth ready to make an impact, his ultimate aim is to build Felifort Enterprises into a trusted global brand. But as with any great mission, it comes with challenges and as an entrepreneur he has had to overcome his own fair set, "My biggest phobia was being in front of audience, so I decided to overcome it by facing my fears and practising this in some voluntary organisations that I joined." By being bold and courageous he encourages others to step up. Being an inspiration to others is something he enjoys and this is exactly what he shares below when it comes to overcoming challenges:
"There are only two rules to follow when going through any difficult situation,
Rule Number 1: Never give up
Rule Number 2: Never forget Rule Number 1"
"When playing a game on our mobile phones or any device, we sometimes get to a level or mission where it seems hard to move forward. We keep attempting to pass this level and we keep failing. In some cases, we end up using all the lives the game has to offer, whilst other games will take us back as far as the beginning; having to go through each stage again just to pass that one level. We keep trying and trying, waiting patiently to pass this level. For some, it takes minutes, for some hours, for others days, but at the end of it all, we get that “one moment” when we pass this difficult level and proceed to the next level.
This is applicable to our lives.
Why do you give up easily when trying to get that capital to start up your business?
Why do you give up because you are not yet recognised and someone else is taking the spot light? Never give up, keep trying, pushing, and keep pressing hard, it might take days, months or years. But remember, that “one moment” will definitely come, as long as you do not give up."
